I no longer manage the Canadian Hydrographic Award. After 13 years and the responsibility for the creation of the award I have given up this wonderful experience to the present president of the CHA, Mr George MacFarlane. Criticism from the front office made it impossible to carry on. Good luck to all new applicants.
