 Inclusion  Welcoming to new Canadians  Support of Seniors, Women, Aboriginals (First Nations; Métis; Inuit)  Canadian values are Liberal values  Pragmatic  The question is “What is best for Canada?”  Not “What fits my ideology” Support James Morton for National VP, English 10/11/2011 5
 Wasted time hoping for a charismatic leader who would magically bring us back to power  Have not made best use of technology  Have fallen behind on fundraising (3:1)  Have not used best practices to optimize our processes  We now have organizational and technological deficits  Our competitors have full time marketing departments  Our competitors utilize message micro-targeting  Our competitors have an identity and philosophy understood by Canadians Support James Morton for National VP, English 10/11/2011 6
