 We must be able to see who is really running
  the party
       No one should be pulling the strings
       No one should silence dissent
I   bring experience as a riding
    president, deputy chair of the Council of
    Presidents, a Federal Candidate and
    President of the Ontario Bar Association

       Big business = Conservatives
       Wishful thinking = NDP

 Finding               the best ideas
       Listening to Canadians and Canadian businesses
       Studying the best practices from around the
        world

 Implementing                          the best ideas
       Healthcare
       Retirement benefits
       Prudent financial management

       Welcoming to new Canadians
       Support of Seniors, Women, Aboriginals (First
        Nations; Métis; Inuit)
       Canadian values are Liberal values


 Pragmatic
       The question is “What is best for Canada?”

 Wasted time hoping for a charismatic leader who
  would magically bring us back to power
 Have not made best use of technology
 Have fallen behind on fundraising (3:1)
 Have not used best practices to optimize our
  processes
 We now have organizational and technological
  deficits
 Our competitors have full time marketing
  departments
 Our competitors utilize message micro-targeting
 Our competitors have an identity and philosophy
  understood by Canadians

 Consolidate    multiple databases using better
    Business Intelligence and Reporting
