Carl is a philosopher who wandered into UX and never left. Often described as having a penchant for multi-dimensional complexity (and dancing). He's cofounded a few random ventures his favorite being NOLAlicious, an award winning email newsletter in New Orleans. He has consulted with startups and non-profits, tackled client services within agencies, and designed CRM and Analytics software at Salesforce.com. He has also mentored startups through WebFWD and Launchpad NOLA. He likes to work on complex service design, organizational change, and systems design problems and he recently got to do so as a Lead Interaction Designer at GE for the Aviation industry.
