Working in the oil industry for more than 10 years in various positions such as Floorhand, Roustabout, Deck Pusher, Interpreter and Safety Officer (Current Position).Currently working as a Safety Officer on a Heavy Lift Vessel.
Responsibilities include internal work standard, client and government regulation compliance. Permit audits during the course of the shift. JSA support for supervisors during shift and for project as well as PPE compliance during various tasks on vessel, barge or jacket. Reporting statistics to Vessel Management Team and Upper Management via daily, weekly and monthly reports.
