Carlos Vasquez has extensive experience in community development projects, community based advocacy and leadership, and project development in indigenous and Latin American contexts. He has developed, implemented, and managed potable water projects, dams, electrification of rural communities and other development projects in economically poor communities. Mr. Vasquez has a Bachelors's Degree in Industrial Business Management and is working on a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning.
