I'm ex-military and Recruit Instructor (PMG) Portuguese Air Force (1997 to 2007) and I am connected to the Exercise and Wellness since 2004. I am a certified Personal Trainer EQF Level 4 and Group Fitness Instructor EQF Level 3.
In my experience working with the tale's Health Club Solinca, Holmes Place, Quinta da Fonte, Britannia, Bela Vista, Visconde HC and Move4Fitness among others. In addition to my work in gyms, personal training at home I give my clients, facilitating physical training who has no time to go to the gym.
