Born in Milan, Italy, in 1985, he began his musical studies at the age of six. He attended the Conservatory of Milan, graduating in violin (under the guidance of Silvano Minella) in 2004. At the Conservatory he also studied classical composition (with Irlando Danieli), piano, viola and electronic music. In 2008 he began to study jazz music with jazz violinist Didier Lockwood in France, and he completed a Master鈥檚 degree in Jazz at the Conservatory in Italy. He attended classical violin and chamber music master-classes with K Mardirossian, I Gitlis and K Kaskashian, and participated in jazz master-classes in Italy and abroad. He has also attended a course in Film and TV Composition at Berk.
