Carole has three decades of experience as an educator and program coordinator. Currently, she is the Partnerships Coordinator for SOSMentor Shaping Our Students. She co-founded the organization that teaches nutrition and physical activity education to over 14,000 underserved youth in 700 schools across Los Angeles.
Carole received her Bachelors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master鈥檚 degree in Education from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She taught nutrition education to both children and adults in schools and doctors' offices for 17 years.
