CEO and co-founder of Minnesota-based E&C鈥檚 Snacks, maker of Heavenly Hunks Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies and several other sweet treats. I started the company with my business (Aunt) partner during my senior year at Arizona State University. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs starting my own company seemed like the only logical move a 23-year-old college student would make. Since starting I've guided the company through several innovations, evolutions, and a forthcoming rebranding.
