My responsibilities in the IT sales and repair fields include: - meeting with the customers to determine the hardware,software and networking requirements they have; - advising the customers when making an investment based on a thorough analysis of their requirements; - providing the customers with support when they are implementing new systems; - keeping a close contact with the company's suppliers; - installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing desktop and laptop PCs; - installing, configuring and maintaining applications and operating system software and upgrades; - installing, configuring and maintaining printing equipment and other IT-related peripherals;
