I am a macrobiotic musician, tutor, writer, and artist.
I have reared 6 children ( now grown up - the youngest being 18). I became a breast-feeding counsellor and voluntary worker in various related fields but primarily a home-maker whilst bringing up my children.
More recently I studied music to degree level, worked for 3 years as a community IT tutor and in 2007 - 08 spent 12 months in a self sufficiency project in Bulgaria where I bought a village house with an acre of land, learning many wonderful traditional skills from the local residents including local natural pickle recipes, and how to grow a huge amount and variety of vegetables.
