Cathy is an educator, consultant, trainer, and coach in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. Throughout her 15-year career in higher education, she created and implemented a variety of leadership development opportunities for diverse youth and adults, including comprehensive university-wide programs, student advisory boards and intensive leadership development programs utilizing service-learning methods. She has served as the Director of the Center for Community Outreach and Service-Learning at Texas Christian University and as the Director of Student Development and Leadership Programs at the Haas Center for Public Service at Stanford Uni
