I'm a Senior Experience Architect.
I lead cross-functional lean/agile design teams consisting of very talented people such as Service Designers, Researchers, Interaction Designers, Visual Designers and more; as a mentor I help interns to rise their natural skills inside the team. On a day-to-day basis I am also committed to client management as well as to budget control.
In the last 17+ years I experienced firsthand the incredible evolution of the UX domain passing through all the stages and also the rise of Service Design; a very long journey indeed that is not over yet ;)
