I help groups attain improved wellness through an innovative laughter and deep breathing exercise called Laughter Yoga. This process enables people to achieve the physical, psychological, and emotional health benefits of laughter without requiring special exercise clothing or equipment, a sense of humor, or even a reason to laugh.
I got into this line of work after a successful career as a marketing account manager. I discovered Laughter Yoga while searching for a means to bring back the laughter in my own life that had depleted due to work-related stress. I love to laugh...
