As part of Core Leader Team, my main responsibility is to manage the Monitoring and Result Measurement (MRM) Unit and Public Relations (PR) Unit. This is to ensure consistent information in all documents/ knowledge products, both available for the donors/partners (internal) and public. I also undertake regular monitoring visits to the field, liaise with Program team to ensure regular data collection (both baseline and post-line) conducted, together with Country Director/ Program Director, analyze the data, and lead the report drafting process. This includes to ensure monitoring results measurement framework is implemented in a timely manner and representing the views of key stakeholders....
