Our short film will portray a stereotypical father-son relationship through their interactions at various London locations like a local pub and Crystal Palace football stadium. We conducted research showing most of our target audience of fathers, sons and working class people aged 16+ are used to short narratives from music videos and find short films can effectively convey a story through simple but complete plotlines typically 1-20 minutes long.
3. Short Films
Short films are feature films but their narrative is
more condensed. Short film narratives are more
simple but still have a beginning, middle and
end. A short film can usually be between 1-20
minutes long.
5. Location

Our locations mainly represent the father and son relationship that we are trying to
portray. Each location will highlight and add to the stereotypical father and son
relationship. An example is Crystal Palace football Stadium, where the father and son
will be coming out after watching a match. This is something father and sons do as
bonding time.
