The choice of Family Medicine as my specialisation has not been a difficult one, since I have always been fascinated by the holistic approach and the patient communication in Primary Care. My principal areas of interest comprise the non-communicable diseases, the patient quality of life, and the patient-reported outcomes, but I have also had the opportunity to study and work on lifestyle interventions and medical education.
