Working with mainly the geriatric population with varied conditions and diagnosis (neuro, orthopaedics, general medicine & dementia), my role is to enable and empower the individuals to participate in their chosen occupations by building their skills and capacity through:
- developing an individual treatment programme
- providing education
- caregiver training
- assistive equipment prescription and home modification
- home or community integration.
