* 27 years of pastoral ministry experience in leading people and programs that bring transformation. This included my roots in a multi-cultural community in the Midwest to working with church movements in more than 30 countries
* Birthed three non-profit organizations that touch more than 6 million people
* Developed the "Holistic Model of Orality" to assist other organizations in reaching "The Oral Majority" - the 80% of the world that does not read to receive, process, remember and pass on news and information.
