Case Worker Assistant

Case worker Assistant is responsible for a 10-15 case load.. Making (face-to-face) after curfew contact with assigned youths daily. Administer other assessment/survey as needed and required. Attend and co-facilitate psycho-social education family/ youth session. Coordinate and link youth/parent to community resources.Assign/assist mentor volunteer by coordinating school, social, community activities/events. .
