Education

Several years ago, I lost my younger brother to a stroke. About 18 months later, my eldest brother succumbed to cancer, and another 18 months passed before my dad fell victim to chronic disease. In just three years, I lost the three men who had been the greatest influences in my life. Needless to say, this marked a profoundly dark period. With a background in research, I delved into understanding why so many men were succumbing to chronic diseases. After years of intense focus, what I discovered not only astonished me but also altered the trajectory of my life.
