About
My research interests lie in genetic epidemiology and population genetics. I have been developing new methods for genetic risk prediction and applying these methods to real data. These methods include improved polygenic prediction models by leveraging genetic ancestry information, genetic risk prediction models based on pleiotropic effects, and prediction models using genetic factors, environmental factors, family history and interactions between risk factors. I also developed methods for ancestry inference with better efficiency than current methods.
