Chibuzor Okafor successfully completed the World Bank Group's MOOC on Risk and Opportunity: Managing Risk for Development on February 25, 2016. The course teaches that risk is an inevitable part of life that cannot be eliminated completely but ignoring it can lead to crisis, and that a systematic process of risk management is crucial for unlocking development opportunities, preventing crises, and protecting the vulnerable. The course was led by consultants and specialists from the World Bank.
