Kang Wei has been a professional trainer for more than 12 years. He is the Principal Trainer for GeniusBrain Worldwide Sdn Bhd where he trains operators throughout Malaysia and Singapore on how to use their Super Learning Programme to train students to become better learners.
He is also the Principal Trainer and co-founder of Avenue Creative Learning & Octavia Learning Technologies in Malaysia which conducts workshops, seminars and performance coaching for young and adult students.
