I am passionate about education and especially teacher education. I am on the faculty of a Teachers College and was on the team that developed the teacher training curriculum of the college. I have been a consultant to the a Ministry of Education in the area of monitoring and evaluation of teachers. Previously, I was in charge of the monitoring and evaluation department of the group of schools where I was in charge of quality assurance procedures and practice of almost four hundred teachers in the organization.
