Chirada has been pursuing a career in international development since completing her double Master Degree in Public Policy from University of York (2008-2009) and Central European University (2009-2010). Including internships and short-term consultancies at a number of national development, banking and financial institutions. Since 2011 she has been managing regional debate programs focusing on strengthening critical thinking and communication skills of youth. She has established citizen education programs and local debate networks in Thailand, Burma/Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
