They say leaders are born, Is it true? A diamond will only be formed in a unique point which has correct pressure and heat. I say, in same way leaders are born as well. Right amount of pressure and heat in an occupational environment will from leadership qualities within oneself. This is the gist of my story in RRD within last 4 years.
