The student completed a 4-week work experience placement at ICE. They created motivational posters in the first two weeks and worked on a concept handbook with Rachel in the second two weeks. The experience confirmed the student's career choice, improved their business and subject skills, and allowed them to approach work with a more open mind and flexible creative process.
