Chris Neil is a prominent member of the International Group of Affiliated Geniuses (IGAG). His conjecture that gravity operates the opposite direction previously thought, but that this phenomenon has until now been imperceivable due to the universe in fact being upside down; won him the 2011 Nobel Prize for science.
