+ Leading the re-design and strategy of UPMC's patient/consumer engagement platform, MyUPMC.com, as well as a suite of patient focused products, including learning about care, managing care and personal health records, and receiving care (Telemedicine)
+ Exploring/leading improvements to collaboration in/outside of our large design team, including efforts to teach human-centered-design to other disciplines
+ Learning what it means to be flexible in an ever-changing environment
