When people describe me they tend to use words like goal oriented, self-assured, influential, independent and hard-working. People usually refer to me as someone who is friendly, decisive and willing to take on authority and responsibility. So I guess that's me!
I have worked with groups and teams in starting, changing and closing phases. I have worked as a project manager in large global development and change management projects as well as in minor change projects. I have international experience working as a manager with global teams including outsourcing's. I have been building, changing, merging and closing existing teams.
