A question I am often asked is how I went from pursuing physical therapy in my undergrad to a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. What appealed to me about physical therapy was the connection I made with people and the determination to bring positive change to one's physical body. I/O Psychology doesn't veer too far from that, in ways that I get to work with people and bring about change on an organizational AND personal level.My experience working in various industries has only furthered my passion for the field of workplace psychology and organizational behavior.
