I started ThinkBIG in 2000 after serving as the E-Learning Microsoft Alliance Director for CBT Systems, now known as Skillsoft. My mission was to create an execution plan for content, delivery and adoption of the first Microsoft MCSE Online Certification Curriculum to its partners, customers and employees worldwide. In this monumental shift and adoption of online learning as a viable, scalable training delivery alternative, a new industry standard for training was established.
