I studied Computer Engineering for a year, then I studied Political Science for 2 years. My first job was a customer representative for a financial account at Sykes Asia Inc. which was later acquired by Sitel Group. After 3 months I quit my job at Sykes since it was a bit far from my place and I looked for a work that is much suitable for me. I later then worked at Teleperformance again as a Customer Service Representative for a financial account and worked with them for 1 year and 4 months.
