I am Digital Reference Librarian with the Library of Congress鈥� National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS). My goals with this new position within NLS are to facilitate the informational needs, not only of our patrons with special needs, but to educate the border population of those seeking additional information pertaining to people with disabilities.
