Christy Christensen BIO
Christy found her joy in life through movement. Trained in many styles of dance since age three. She narrowed her movement studies to Modern Dance and Ballet at Southern Utah University. She was first drawn to Yoga while studying Dance in Southern Utah at SUU and performing with the Modern Dance Company there.
Christy鈥檚 message is one of self reliance. She embraces that through Yoga and movement, you can teach and develop a practice that requires only your own body and mind.
