I am an HR by profession and an Educator by heart.

As a whole, I am well versed in General & HRManagement with diversified background on HR functional areas: Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation & Policy
Administration.
As an Educator, I have a deep passion to mold and influence the next generation of leaders which is somehow influenced by how I lead the organization. My goal as an educator is to prepare each of my student for the real corporate world.
