Claudia`s passion for properties has started 1993 back in Germany. Since then she has been involved with property transactions,renovations,investments and marketing.
Coming from Europe where new and small energy-efficient homes are the norm, Claudia and her family wanted to build a similar home for themselves in New Zealand. Despite having the required deposit Claudia found that they couldn鈥檛 get a bank loan because as new immigrants they didn鈥檛 have the required 2-year proven bank credit history in New Zealand!
