Mr. Pestana has more than 15 years as an experienced project manager, in large companies of the finance and telecommunication sectors. He has also 8 years developed and implemented Total Quality Programs, ISO 9000 certification projects and business strategy based in Total Quality and BSC deployment.
Mr. Pestana acquired consistent experience in billing, collecting, customer services – call center and back office, product development, internal corporate communication, and change management.
