I had the privilege of starting and growing my own high-tech company, DataFusion. Since my exit, I have been involved in a number of fast-growing tech companies as an Advisor, Mentor, Coach and Non-Exec. I believe that leadership at all levels is crucial in building and growing sustainable companies. So, for the last ten years, I have researched the field of leadership and have developed proprietary methodologies to assist companies in developing leaders at all levels.
