My responsibilities include developing tools and methodology for field surveys, any learning and gender activities. Conducting field surveys, monitoring research, studies and other initiatives reports are among the daily duties as well as monitoring, evaluate and initiate how DOT programs are being implemented equitably in gender point of view including organizing and coordinating of gender related trainings in the organization.
