2013-Present: In September 2013 I returned to Bangkok, Thailand to undertake another role with the International Labour Organization (ILO). Currently I assist the ILO Bureau for Employers' Activities (ACT/EMP) in preparing employers in the ASEAN region to prepare for the scheduled 2015 launch of ASEAN Economic Community. In this role I assist in developing policy positions for the ASEAN Confederation of Employers (ACE) to be taken forward by ACE to influence policymakers to develop and implement policy reforms that reflect the needs of the ASEAN business community.
