An intuitive friend says I am finally working on my "adult identity" after spending years working my way through school and livin' it up. My husband Yancey and our dog Foucault moved back to Athens after a three year stint in Southern California. Once we arrived and settled into our new home, we picked up Butler, a second pooch to run the yard. This past year, Yancey got me a kitty-kat named Eve. We named her for Eve Sedgwick, but it is really just short for EVIL. I love being outdoors, music, television, entertaining, and most importantly my work as a professor. Really, I cannot believe they pay me to do it!
