Chemical Engineer and MBA, Carlos worked for 36 years in the explosives industry since 1978, after having worked for four years in a beet sugar factory and two in a petrochemical company. His main interests are in R&D and Innovation Management. He also worked in other areas, as planning, engineering, production, purchasing, commercial, marketing and tech service. He is recognized by his pairs and the industry as a "change promoter", introducing new technology and ideas in his areas of expertise.
