Although I graduated collage with a BA in Art Education and am a certified Art Teacher (K-12) and Business, Computer, and Information Technology Teacher (K-12), I am currently taking after dear old dad as a grant writer for a local non-profit agency. (How many of us actually are working in the career we went to college for?) Although I did accomplish my dream to become a teacher and taught for five years, I just couldn't find that dream teaching job to take me into retirement.
I enjoy what I'm doing and seem to be pretty good at it, and it does pay the bills.
