Tool Installation Technician responsible for installation and startup of electroplating and defect metro toolsets in the C4 module of F24 from design to process qualification.
April 2011 to April 2013 was on assignment in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA as a Tool Install Engineer supporting Fab15's factory conversion and tool installs.
Prior to this worked as an Manufacturing Technician in the C4 plating module of Fab24, Intel Ireland. This involved the maintenance and repair of copper electroplating, resist striping, bump height and defect inspection equipment.
