I work with senior leaders to select, develop and retain talent, enable team effectiveness, facilitate change and shape organisational design. I am a Registered Psychologist and a Distinguished Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).
I graduated from Massey University with Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. I served as a Field Psychologist in the New Zealand Army in a range of assignments in New Zealand and tours of duty in Asia, Europe, the Pacific and the Middle East.
