Born in Brazil, with legal background, I am a food entrepreneur with a passion for developing health and allergen sensitive foods for those who have diet restrictions and health conditions. I do this through my Australian company SalDoce Fine Foods founded in the year 2000. I am a true and active Liberal Party member believing in freedom, democracy, entrepreneurism and the empowerment of women in our society.
