DJ PRECISE, a native of Jamaica, Queens in New York, was introduced to the art of DJing through his father at the age of 8-years old. Over the next couple of years Precise practiced non-stop in the basement of his family鈥檚 Queens home, perfecting his skills behind the wheels of steel.
PRECISE quickly made a name for his self attending August Martin H.S. A close friend bestowed the name of 鈥淧RECISE鈥� on him for his tight mixes and accuracy of his cuts. This name would stick and was most appropriate for this young DJ from Queens. As a teenager, PRECISE played at all the high school dances and began to take on professional engagements.
