I am a biologist and outreach scientist. My research areas include animal behavior, behavioral ecology, and mammalogy. My research style blends study perspectives from the three main fields of animal behavior: Psychology, Ethology, and Behavioral Ecology. I conduct both field and laboratory experiments while examining proximate and ultimate causes of animal behavior from the perspective of the natural history of the subject.
